When SGS Dioxin Group began providing dioxin testing services in 1998, we immediately tackled one of the most prevalent problems that existed -- painfully slow turnaround time for dioxin analysis. Traditionally, dioxin testing is a tedious process involving a large number of very delicate laboratory procedures to generate conclusive data at the trace level. We knew we had to streamline the process, and we did it by investing in state-of-the-art automation for our laboratory. We soon became known as one of the most responsive and competent HRMS dioxin labs in North America, employing a fully automated facility to produce high-quality data, and consistently delivering some of the fastest turnaround times in the industry. On-time Performance Having analyzed tens of thousands of samples, we have a proven track record with an average on-time performance rate of 90+%. Quality of Data SGS Dioxin Group is proud of our high level of data acceptance produced under the most scrutinizing data guidelines, including the demanding guidelines of the Department of Defense, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the NELAC Institute. We have proven our ability to perform to various industries unique specifications.
